The Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Specialty Pharmacy provides pharmacy services for patients requiring specialized and complex medications with personalized care, regular follow-ups, in-depth consultation services and support with insurance carriers.

• Patient management of all medications for a patient including prescriptions and medications dispensed in inpatient and hospital based outpatient services
