Outpatient Pharmacy

Services

The Outpatient Pharmacy provides medication services for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford clinic patients and patients discharged from the inpatient units. Our pharmacists speak to patients and parents and provide information about each new prescription.

Prescription pick-up hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturdays – Sundays: CLOSED

For questions or consultation needs, please call the pharmacy:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturdays – Sundays: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
(Closed noon – 1 p.m. for lunch)

Reminders

  • Activate MyChart if you haven’t done so already. Sign up for an account here. 
  • Submit refill requests on MyChart or call the Outpatient Pharmacy at least 1 business day before you run out of medication. For compounded medications, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days to ensure your medication will be ready when you need it.
  • Check MyChart to confirm your medications are ready to dispense before coming to pick them up at the hospital.
