Town and Country Pediatrics offers a full array of services to help your child maintain good health.
Both of our office locations offer full-time staff who are available for urgent triage of illness from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If your child is ill and you think they may need to be seen, please call triage at the office where your child is normally seen. They will assess the problem by asking you a number of questions and then make a decision on whether you can continue to observe and give supportive care at home or if you need to bring your child into the office to see the doctor. Calls to the urgent triage nurse are returned within 1 to 2 hours.
If you have a general question regarding feeding, growth and development, potty training or anything non-urgent your call will be returned within 24 hours.
Please contact us for information about additional services.
You can schedule an appointment to see one of our pediatricians during regular office hours. All appointments are scheduled in advance, including same-day urgent visits. Please call early in the day for same day appointments. Please schedule routine physicals 4–6 weeks in advance. Appointments are in great demand. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your account. Let us know when making your appointment if you or your child has special needs so that we may make arrangements before you arrive.
