Dr. Chadarevian-Zorian received her medical degree from the University of Montreal Faculty of Medicine. While completing her pediatric residency at the University of Montreal and, CHU Sainte-Justine she also conducted clinical research with the Department of Pediatric Neurology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in Pediatrics. After being in private practice for six years in New Jersey, Dr. Zorian moved to the Bay Area in 1997, where she was in private practice and on staff at Good Samaritan Hospital. She joined Pediatric Associates in 2009.
Dr. Cirone started working in the medical field while she was employed at a family practice during college. Dr. Cirone attended medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois, before completing her internship and residency at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland. Dr. Cirone joined Pediatric Associates in 2022. In addition to her pediatric practice, she is a preceptor for Stanford pediatric residents. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and watching her children play sports.
Dr. Drucker was raised in Southern California but has made the Bay Area his true home. He attended Stanford University for college, where he received a bachelor of science degree with distinction in biological sciences. During his undergraduate years, he also did extensive research on new modalities of cancer treatment at Stanford University Medical Center. He then attended the University of California, San Francisco, for medical school, where he continued to pursue his research interests in pediatric cardiac surgery, and subsequently returned to Stanford for his pediatric residency training at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. Dr. Drucker joined Pediatric Associates in 2014.
Dr. Griswold grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and did her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University. She attended the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University and completed her internship and residency training at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago (now Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago). Dr. Griswold is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined Pediatric Associates in 2014.
Dr. Hays grew up in Littleton, Colorado, before heading east to attend college at Dartmouth. As an undergraduate, he split his time between the library (where he studied biochemistry and molecular biology) and the pool (where he was captain of the men’s swimming and diving team). Dr. Hays was inducted into Dartmouth’s Athletic Hall of Fame for diving. After a stint in Boston doing cancer research, he returned to New Hampshire and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where he chose to pursue pediatrics. He joined Pediatric Associates in 2014.
Dr. Kapoor completed her internship at New York Medical College and her pediatric residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey. Subsequently, she did research in infectious diseases of children, which is one of her many areas of interest. Since 1994, she has been on the staff at Good Samaritan Hospital.. She joined Pediatric Associates in 2014. Dr. Kapoor is board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Li is a Bay Area native. She lived for two years in China, where she studied at Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Li returned to the United States, this time to the East Coast, where she graduated from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Hempstead, New York. She came back to the Bay Area for her residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center. She joined Pediatric Associates in 2021. In her free time, she likes to hike, cook, and spend time with her children. She also is fluent in Mandarin.
Dr. Varamini is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from University of Bordeaux II in France and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Missouri Children’s Hospital. Dr. Varamini has been in practice since 1996. Before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000, Dr. Varamini was in private practice in Missouri, where she was a clinical associate professor at the University of Missouri. She also served on the Advisory Council for Genetic Services for the state of Missouri. Dr. Varamini joined Pediatric Associates in 2014.
Julia Chang graduated from the master’s program at the University of California, San Francisco. Her background in public health and nursing is the foundation to her approach in providing evidence-based, holistic care for patients. She has cared for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit preemie graduates; children with chronic, complex illnesses; and adolescents. Her particular interests are lactation/breastfeeding support, nutrition, atopic dermatitis, asthma, constipation, acne, and adolescent health. She believes that tailoring care for each family and each child results in the most optimal health outcomes. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational Korean.
Carrie Kaufmann was born and raised in the Bay Area. She attended the University of San Francisco and received her bachelor of science and R.N. degree. Several years later she graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, with a master of science and received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree. In 2019, she completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Besides working at Pediatric Associates, she also workswith Allergy & Asthma Associates of Northern California. She is certified as an asthma educator. Her professional interests include developmental pediatrics, environmental and food allergies, and childhood asthma. When she is not at work or studying, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, gardening, and running.
Nitasha Sharma was born and raised in the Bay Area. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a degree in integrative biology. Her background in pediatric clinical research and health education motivated her to pursue her career in advanced practice nursing to make a higher-level impact in the pediatric community. She went on to graduate from the University of California, San Francisco, as a pediatric nurse practitioner, board certified in Pediatric Primary Care. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. In her free time she enjoys hiking, playing field hockey, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Luna.
