Jenny Griswold, MD

I decided I wanted to be a doctor when I was 6 years old and never changed my mind. I chose pediatrics because I knew I wanted to care for children. It’s so nice working with children because they engage with you. I also love working with parents because I know that parents will do anything for their children.

My work is exciting because every family is different. I love being an integral part of the families I take care of. I find out what parents’ goals are for their children and help them get there by providing tools they can use to achieve those goals and working with them collaboratively.

It takes a village to raise kids. I love what I do, and even when my own kids are grown up, I’ll continue to do it, because it’s a rewarding thing to get up and do every day. This is where my heart is.
