How to Connect to Virtual Visits with a Phone/Tablet

Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and secure connection

Step 1: Log into MyChart using the Stanford Medicine Children’s Health app.

Step 2: Go to Appointments and select the visit.

Step 3: Tap on the “eCheck-In” to complete all questions and return to the visit.

Step 4: Tap on the “Connect” camera link. You will be prompted to download the Virtual Care Room app.

Step 5: Connect and you will be placed in the virtual waiting room.
