For Referring Physicians

We appreciate the chance to collaborate with you to care for your pregnant patient with IBD. By taking a multidisciplinary approach, we provide holistic care to your patient prior to conception, during pregnancy, and postpartum. We partner with you to optimize a pregnancy care plan for your patient and maintain active communication with you throughout their care. We welcome referrals from all medical specialties—primary care physicians, emergency room providers, gastroenterologists, and obstetricians—and encourage your patients to maintain a close relationship with you.
