After-Hours Care

If your child has a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

If it is not a life-threatening emergency, but you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, we use an Advice Nurse Triage service. Your call will be transferred to this service for advice on after-hours care for your child. If necessary, they may direct you to an urgent care clinic or the emergency department at your local hospital.

Is Bayside open on the weekends?

Our Berkeley and Pleasanton offices are open for sick children on Saturday mornings. Please call early for an appointment.

Saturday hours for urgent appointments:

Berkeley: 9 a.m. – noon
Pleasanton: 9 a.m. – noon
