Insurance and Payment Information

We contract with all the major PPO plans and bill the insurance companies directly for our patients. Payment of the insurance co-pays, deductibles and any non-covered services are due at the time of your visit. For families without insurance, payment in full is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept checks and all major credit cards. Please contact our office directly before making an appointment to confirm that we accept your insurance.
