Paperless billing
On January 6, 2025, Stanford Medicine Children’s Health updated all MyChart patient's accounts to paperless billing. If you are enrolled in MyChart and you are the person who pays the bill, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.
Paperless billing is better for the environment, more secure, and will make it easier to review bills.
You will be notified through the mobile app and email in your MyChart account when new bills are available. You will also be able to choose to continue receiving paper bills.
