As a mother and a doctor, I feel very fortunate to be able to care for children. I am especially committed to keeping the larger objective of providing medical care in view: helping children grow and develop into healthy adults. Having children of my own has allowed me to understand the concerns parents may have, and the value of being fully present with my patients.

Cultivating good health is not just numbers on a chart or avoiding illness, it is promoting positive physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As part of that effort, I chose to complete a fellowship in integrative medicine that blends nutrition and wellness with conventional medicine practices. My goal is to help children flourish.

It is a privilege to build lasting relationships with families in my practice. I am always here to address questions and listen to the concerns of my patients and their families. Helping children is my passion, and I am so lucky to be able to realize it in my practice every day.
