“If there’s one thing I want families to know, it’s that I truly care about their experience.”

My Approach

There’s the science of medicine and then there’s the art. The science is very important, and you can’t practice without it, but the art of medicine is the ability to connect and communicate with families. I feel that my communication skills are one of my greatest strengths. I’m able to connect with families in a way that shows compassion and empathy while getting them through what can be very difficult situations.

It’s really important to have patients feel very comfortable. For example, we don’t wear white coats. We make the environment as relaxing as possible. I want patients to feel good about their experience, and my calm demeanor hopefully helps them feel relaxed and at ease.

If there’s one thing I want families to know, it’s that I truly care about their experience. From the very beginning, when they are referred to our office, to their first visit, to phone calls being answered in a timely fashion, all parts of providing excellent health care are important to me. I want families to have the best experience every step of the way.
