Kindra Landrith, MD

My childhood physician really inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. He made me feel taken care of, and I knew that I wanted to do the same for other kids. My passion is seeing children live well through nutrition, health, education, sleep, play, and relationships.

My style as a pediatrician is to combine both my medical knowledge and training with a practical approach developed from having two kids of my own. I aim to always partner with parents on how best to care for their child. Listening is so important; I want to hear where they are coming from because even small children can have a voice.

I'm very proactive about doing what we can to keep our kids healthy from the start. I like to spend time at each well child visit addressing parents' questions as well as discussing what to expect and work on prior to the next visit. In the event a child does get sick, which can happen a lot, I prefer to start with supportive care if we can. I love starting with new families right from the newborn stage and getting to know a family well as their child grows.
