Kathryn Lannin, MD

When I was about 8 years old, there was a traffic accident on my street; it was a defining moment in my life and made me realize that I wanted to go into medicine. As an OB/GYN, I believe prevention and continuity of care are extremely important; I love being able to provide health care for my patients for years or decades! The best part of my work is getting to know my patients and being there for them during their happy, challenging, or even sad times.

While welcoming babies into the world is truly gratifying, I love all the variety there is in caring for my patients every day, including well-woman care, infertility, diagnostic procedures, and surgeries. Most of the women I see are really motivated to take care of themselves, and working with them is very rewarding. I prioritize being available to my patients and giving them my full attention. I approach each patient with genuine care and concern.
